SMUDGE POT

A VERY UNUSUAL IDEA CAME TO ME WHEN ONCE AGAIN THE SMUDGE SAGE TIPPED OVER AND SMUDGE WAS EVERYWHERE ....... I NEEDED A CONTAINER THAT WAS MAGICAL AND SPIRITUAL AND BEAUTIFUL

 

THERE WILL ONLY BE THESE TWO MADE AS THE COMBINED POTTERY WORK PLUS METAL WORK AND EMBEDDED STONES IS A BIT LABOUR INTENSIVE FOR THE PRICE I AM ASKING

The pots were thrown then decorated with clay leftovers then they were bisque fired, glazed and fired again.  then the metal work was done and appropriate stones embedded and lids created.  from start to finish they took several weeks to complete

BEAR CLAW POT

  This bear claw has been with me a very long time.  When it surfaced I was looking for inspiration for the pots and since bear medicine is so powerful I think it chose the right time and the right piece.  As an animal that disappears in winter to reappear only in spring, the bear is the symbol of renewal, rebirth, and the regaining of health.  The bear is also known in many cultures as a great healer, since it seeks out plants for its own healing.  Along with the bear claw is  Larimar is a de-stressor and banishes fears, a strong meditation stone it also provides courage and strength to communicate from the heart.   Angel aura quartz is one of my favorites in helping us connect with spirit guides it is clear quartz fused with platinum so both quartz clarity and platinum strength are embodied in the stone, it helps with past lives, channeling and tuning into our psychic gifts, a very strong meditation stone.  The iridescent crystal ball aids in skrying and channeled messages
